For over 20 years, Michelle has shaped interiors that feel as effortless as they are refined, bringing a rare balance of luxury, warmth, and sustainability to every space. As an internationally awarded designer, she offers her clients both close attention to detail and a well-established design process.
As Associate Director of PDM International (now Cachet Group), Michelle led high-profile projects for brands such as Estée Lauder, Macquarie Private Wealth, China Construction Bank, McGraw Hill Financial, and Hitachi. These experiences shaped her collaborative approach—thoughtfully listening to clients and providing considered solutions that support them well into the future.
Michelle’s passion for design began long before her professional career. Her Nan’s love of beautiful antiques ignited an early appreciation for craftsmanship and enduring design. Later, her travels through Europe deepened her love of adaptive reuse and conservation, reinforcing her belief that great design isn’t about discarding the old but honouring it in new and meaningful ways.
Her commitment to sustainable and wellness-focused design led her to earn accreditations from the Green Building Council of Australia (Green Star Professional) and the International WELL Building Institute (WELL Accredited Professional). These qualifications reinforce her approach—creating interiors that are not only beautiful but also support the health and wellbeing of the people who live and work in them.
Today, Michelle lives in the picturesque coastal town of Stanwell Park with her little family, where she spends much of her time lovingly restoring their forever home. Built by Michelle and her husband, Michael, with the support of friends, family, and the local community, it’s a true reflection of her design philosophy—a home that evolves with the people who live in it.
When she’s not designing, Michelle loves to travel, drawing inspiration from the people, landscapes, and architecture she encounters around the world. She finds joy in exploring nature, connecting with others, and celebrating life’s simple moments—all of which influence her design philosophy.
